Hilmi Konde – CEO and Founder

Hilmi Konde is the CEO and founder of Winstag, an app dedicated to create a social network for trends, lifestyle and fashion. Hilmi believes that any object in a photo shared in Winstag can be fashionable and the every user of Winstag is trendsetter.

Prior to founding Winstag, Hilmi was the owner of an audit firm. He obtained his professional experience at PwC. He is US Certified Public Accountant and holds MBA degree from University of Texas.

Gursem Karabardak – Head of Marketing

Gursem Karabardak is the Head of Marketing and leads all the marketing practices online and offline about Winstag. She previously was the Head of Marketing for a global coffee franchise.

Mustafa Demirkent – Head of Technology

Mustafa Demirkent is the Head of Technology of Winstag and heads Winstag's online presence. His daily tasks include maintaining the website and mobile apps. He previously founded Saypr, a design and development company based in London.

How did the idea come?

Indeed, it was from an actual dream. A man came to visit Hilmi in his dream and told him what to do. The visitors name will be revealed if Winstag becomes successful.
